Details
This Viking 30 is a large volume 30 footer in very good condition. They were designed by the famous Ben Lexcen for Western Australian yachting conditions, with the Fremantle Doctor in mind and for this reason they are a very sound and lovely handling sailing vessel. 'Asgard' is an excellent example of a Viking 30 and combines racing ability with cruise appeal. She is a very comfortable cruising yacht which can be handled single handed or competitively used to for club racing if you choose. Asgard has a very good layout and feels much larger than her 30 feet. There is good headroom throughout; roomy double bed forward, 2 quarter berths, a large amount of cabin area; electric head and ample storage space. Powered by a very reliable 18HP Volvo Penta diesel she also features a roller furling headsail, near new solar panel, tiller autopilot, wind instruments, an enclosed electric head, anchor winch, and more. Asgard has been competitively racing in Moreton Bay for a number of years and holds a current handicap with the Moreton Bay Boat Club in Scarborough.
Please contact us to make an appointment to inspect this very tidy Viking 30.
