"Beyond III" Is a beautifully maintained Kim Holman Designed Bermudan sloop which is an absolute credit to its current owners.
This boat is ready to go cruising tomorrow. She has a lovely open plan living area with beautiful timber surrounds. "Beyond III" is a very bright and livable boat. The saloon comfortably seats 4, with room for others around the chart table. The galley is highly practical with a 2 burner gas stove and a commercial grade fridge and freezer.
The 2 quarter berths are quite large and especially long. Great for tall people, or equally as useful as storage lockers. The double berth up forward is a great size and has plenty of light and air flow.
Her hull is constructed of lovely 1" thick Kauri in the traditional carvel planked style & the Iroka ribs have been steam bent for added strength. On top of this the cabin is solid teak! She has a full keel and a 1.8M draft meaning she is shallow enough to get into most marinas and anchorages whilst still having the displacement and boat below the waterline to be a fantastic sea boat.
Beyond III was specifically built for the Commodore of the Akarana Yacht Club in Auckland New Zealand. She is a true ocean crossing sea boat.
